Jessica A. Sola received her Bachelor’s Degrees in both English and Psychology in 2004, graduating Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She then went on to receive her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007 and was admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2008, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2011.

Since her admission to practice law, Ms. Sola has focused on Family and Matrimonial Law, participating in all aspects of this area of the law such as custody, child support, spousal support, the equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities, orders of protection, modifications of the foregoing, and contempt proceedings, including hearings and trials in both the Supreme and Family Courts. She has also practiced in the areas of Appellate Practice, Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, and Civil Litigation, including significant time spent in the area of homeowner representation in foreclosures.
