Hi, my name is Jim Clark. I focus my law practice on representing landlords and active real estate investors. In our practice we do the simple lease agreements, closings and entity formation.

We also handle the more complex stuff – the partnership and joint venture agreements and disputes, the messy landlord tenant evictions, the asset protection planning and estate contests.

I’m writing you today because I’m looking to serve more real estate investors, but not just any real estate investors, but the kind that will benefit from the type of service we provide.

So what type of investors benefit from what we provide?

Real estate investors come to us, when they’re looking to take their business to the next level.

The processes we use in my practice are geared toward getting your investing to run like a business so that it will feed your passions and provide a means to achieving your dreams. We’ve helped many of the most successful investors on Long Island and New York metropolitan area do just that. These are tried and true practices that we use every day.

Real estate investors also come to us when they need an advisor who has experience with the good, bad and the ugly.

We’ve worked with the best, and we’ve gone toe to toe against the best. Me and my staff are lifers, we love what we do and we’re always working to stay on top of our game, so when a client calls, we can deliver every time.

And most importantly, real estate investors come to us when they need someone they can trust to have undivided loyalty to their best interests.

My interest, first and foremost is protecting my client, and this often means advising them not to do a deal. For us this is a long game, and the way we play is by building and maintaining the deepest level of trust, saying what we think, and doing what we say, and the rest has always just fallen into place.

If you think you or someone you know could benefit from any of this, then I’d love to speak with you further.
