James E. Clark
Jim Clark earned his BBA, MBA and Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University. He became a member of the New York State Bar in 2002. Mr. Clark began his practice serving some of the most preeminent financial institutions, securities exchanges, companies, families and private equity funds in such areas as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, real estate transactions, estate and tax planning, securities and regulatory compliance and general corporate representation as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. In 2005, Mr. Clark started his general law practice representing some of the same organizations, businesses and individual clients.
Mr. Clark’s practice is dedicated to representing landlords and active real estate investors in their transactional, planning and litigation matters. He enjoys efficiently handling routine matters but lives for taming the more complex litigation and transactional matters for his clients.
Mr. Clark is currently based in Babylon, New York where he lives with his wife and two children spending any free time with his family surfing the beaches of Long Island’s south shore and boating on the Great South Bay.
